The “General Xtreme” provides extremely robust, simple to use but powerful communication to business and consumers alike and is now widely used in applications such as hiking, cycling, motorsport, industry, schools, shops and warehouses.
The IP66 Rated Mitex General Xtreme is Mitex flagship general analogue model designed and with versatility and ease of use in harsher environments in mind. With a full 5-watt power output on UHF, the GeneralXtreme is a powerful, extremely durable and yet relatively ompact radio that delivers clear and reliable communications in demanding conditions. The Mitex General Xtreme is supplied pre-programmed and is ready to use straight from the box, with no set up required and minimal user training. The GeneralXtreme talks to all channels on Mitex normal General units and Channels 13, 14 and 15 are common across all Mitex UHF hand portables including the General, Security, Site HD, PRO & DMR UHF and can also be used with the Mitex Mobi mobile radio; maximising usability across the Mitex range. Channel 16 offers a scan function.
