Icom IC-M510BB Black Box VHF/DSC Multi-Station Transceiver with AIS
The Icom IC-M510BB is a multi-station marine two-way radio with an integrated AIS receiver and a wide range of other functions. Install up to three stations on the IC-M510BB and complete all operations from the HM-195GB CommandMics with the RF unit installed out-of-sight, up to 60 ft (18.3 m) away.
The Icom IC-M510BB is built with an integrated AIS receiver to alert skippers to other vessels on a collision course.
NMEA 2000 and NMEA 0183-HS connectivity provides plug-and-play data communication with other marine equipment. Send GNSS (GPS) position, AIS, DSC call and radio channel data to other marine equipment, such as an MFD (multi-function display). Take advantage of the two minutes voice recording function to record incoming calls as well.
Devices feature built-in class D DSC. Operate the built-in DSC (digital selective calling) system to digitally transmit distress information to the Coast Guard and/or other vessels. Also, use the DSC remote control interface to connect to a PC console software or other external device to centralise emergency communications control.

The Icom IC-M510BB is built with a loud RX hailer/foghorn and 13 W amplifier, allowing users to keep watch of radio traffic on the deck or tower through the hailer speaker. Users can also sound foghorn patterns from the hailer speaker.
Other features are: IPX7 waterproof rating (1 m depth water for 30 minutes), integrated GPS receiver, AquaQuake function, external speaker connection from the CommandMic cable and anchor watch function.
