Hytera PDM680 Rugged Dual-mode MCS Radio with 3GPP
The Hytera PDM680 is a rugged dual-mode MCS 3GPP MCS-compliant radio that’s ready for the toughest conditions. It is IP68 and MIL-STD-810H rated for resistance to drops (up to 1.5 m), dust and water. It also features an LTPS high-resolution display that is readable in direct sunlight and scratch proof and impact proof Gorilla Glass 3.
The PDM680 is also built to deliver clear and loud audio in noisy and stressful environments. The device delivers audio loudness up to 118 dBSPL and also features AI-based noise cancellation, echo cancellation and wind noise cancellation technology for transmission.
Besides being practical and robust, the PDM680 also operates on an Android operating system and offers a choice of applications. Hytera management apps are available on the Hytera Application Store, and the whole range of third party apps can be downloaded on the Google Play Store.
Built with digital mobile radio (DMR) technology, the PDM680 also enables device to device communications where LTE is unavailable. This ensures the stability of PTT services over a long distance. On top of this, the PDM680 features MCS-DMR Simulcall for calling MCS devices and DMR radios at the same time.
The PDM680 is highly secure, featuring security encryption and authentication. It features the SHA256 encryption algorithm, signature authentication, system consistency checks, sensitive data isolation and remote app locking.
